岩瀬健（山下智久）は恋に不器用で、大好きだった幼なじみの吉田礼（長澤まさみ）に告白できないまま、礼と恋人・多田（藤木直人）の結婚式に出席することになってしまった。自分と礼が写っているスライド写真を眺め、健は「ちゃんと告白していれば、自分が礼と結婚できたかもしれないのに…」と激しく後悔する。そこへ、時間を操れるという英国紳士風の妖精（三上博史）が現れ、エビフライと交換に、願いを叶えてくれると申し出る。そうして健は、妖精の掛け声とともに、高校時代にタイムスリップ。礼とのハッピーエンドを目指し、奮闘する。
